OUR MISSION
Real Change Foundation is committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged children, young people, families and communities by providing access to education, basic necessities, mentorship, skills development and meaningful opportunities.
We aim to address immediate needs while creating pathways towards long-term personal, social and economic development. Through partnerships, community-based programmes and practical interventions, we seek to empower individuals to overcome barriers, realise their potential and contribute positively to their communities.
